Residential Building

This project was an addition of a living unite and a pool to an existing complex located in Vienna in 2019. Task items were the addition of one level to an existing 3level story building and construction of a small pool to the south of the property. Autocad, 3ds max, V-ray, and Lumion were utilized to accomplish the final product. My main objectives were to prepare a conceptual design and 3D presentation for the investment team.
